Stories have the power to change the world. They are the key to the ultimate transformation of our personalities. Stories work because they engage our emotions, leaving us open to ponder. Being fascinated and sensible about them is what we all do; because we are made up of stories.

These stories capture a moment in time, show the emotions of the characters involved, and show what is happening in their own lives. Photographs can help create atmosphere and emotion.

Here is an attempt to present one such story.
Captured in Bangalore, India, 05/10/2022

THE HUSTLE
Capturing the magic of daily life at a flower market

Photography by author, KR market, India (Bangalore), 7:10 AM, 20mm, f/8, 1/15, ISO 100

The hustle-bustle of these streets never ends.
The echoing voices of these ardent workers never blend!
These streets are filled with the fragrance of flowers.
These alleys are for lovers!

The strength in their eyes, the courage in their gestures
Enthusiasm, energy, and warmth give stature!
The emerging voice of the woman reaching the vendors
The practical man waits for his customers

Mellow welcome with cold blue, 7:30 AM, 20mm, f/3.5, 1/30, ISO 100

The voice of the hawkers trying to sell hard
Bring joy and love to the bard
Fighting every day and hiding the old scars,
in the hustle of healing new wounds!

The strength in their eyes, 7: 18 AM, 20mm, f/5.6, 1/25, ISO 100

But there is something to fight, to our utter delight...
The hustle is real! The struggle is real!

Orchestrating the rhythm of leaves, 7:42 AM, 23mm, f/9, 1/15, ISO 160
Adding contrast to the analogous life, 8:10 AM, 21 mm, f/9, 1/15, ISO 125
Being the hero of our own story, 23mm, f/8, 1/60, ISO 400
Standing tall amidst the chaos, 9: 36 AM, 30mm, f/4.5, 1/40, ISO 400
Anticipating the joys of festivities…8: 48 AM, 23mm, f/5.6, 1/60, ISO 400
The “power-pose”, 9:10 AM, 20mm, f/4.5, 1/40, ISO 400
The hustle to scatter the fragrance of jasmine!
“The value”
Capturing a fact of life through photo
Hustle for chasing the light

The hustle for a better today, than a better tomorrow

Here we go. My walk through the life of hustlers has come to an end. I hope you enjoyed it.

Here’s to all the creative souls out there. I’d love to hear your thoughts/ apprehensions/suggestions. Always open to feedback :).
